In the main we collect personal information including, but not limited to, names, addresses, contact telephone numbers, contact emails and employer locations.

How we collect the personal information

We typically collect the information direct from the student via either email, written forms or an electronic register.  Occasionally we receive personal information direct from our customers to enable contact and booking of our students onto courses or for the provision of reports back to the employer.

How we use your personal information

Our lawful basis for data collection is under a legitimate interest definition.  We use your data to:

• establish course requirements and schedule classes
• invite students onto classes
• accept bookings from students onto classes
• book students onto 3rd party classes as requested by either the student or their employer
• informing instructors and customers of student attendance
• record student attendance and class completion
• invoice customers, students and to ensure revenue is received
• issuance of certification
• keeping a central record of completion
• ad-hoc management reporting
• update training communications
• direct marketing

Who sees your personal information

We use your data internally but will also share your data from time to time with external subcontractors in the execution of our day to day business.  These partners can be based in the UK, EU or the USA.  We share your data based on your consent to this policy.  We take care where possible to use subcontractors who we reasonably believe maintain an expected standard of data security – relative to their country of operation.

This depends on variations in obligations put on us by our customers or subcontractors, or through internal choice.  All information will be stored in line with the commitments within this document.
